We are searching for a Digital Supply Chain Manager II to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team within Content Publishing Operations as a Capacity Analyst. In this role, you will ensure optimal workforce capacity across our operations network — driving queue health, maintaining roster integrity, leading reallocation strategies, and partnering directly with site leadership to keep workforce deployment aligned with business needs. You will be instrumental in identifying optimization opportunities, surfacing insights that shape network-wide strategies, and contributing to global workforce improvement initiatives.
This is a dynamic role that combines operational rigor with strategic influence. You will monitor workforce capacity health, drive headcount reallocations, maintain deployment accuracy, and deliver rapid-response analysis that enables leaders to make confident decisions. Beyond day-to-day capacity management, you will contribute to strategic projects that improve how we plan, deploy, and optimize workforce resources globally. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to turn capacity data into actionable strategies, and your insights will directly inform how the organization evolves its approach to workforce optimization. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, comfortable operating at speed, and motivated by the opportunity to influence workforce strategy at both the operational and strategic level.
This role is based in India and operates on a shifted schedule to enable meaningful overlap with U.S. Pacific and Costa Rica time zones. This ensures you are connected to the core WFM team, engaged directly with cross-functional stakeholders, and able to participate in global leadership forums — giving you visibility and influence well beyond a typical site-based role.
The Workforce Management team within Prime Video Content Publishing Operations is responsible for maximizing the return on investment of our global workforce through strategic design of how headcount is allocated, measured, planned, and governed. We operate in the critical space between Resource Planning and Site Operations — translating funded headcount into optimal deployment strategies, establishing measurement systems, validating efficiency gains, and providing capacity analysis across a multi-site, multi-program network spanning Costa Rica, India, and Japan.
