Who You'll Work With

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.

When you join us, you will have:

  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
Your Impact

You will be staffed on active client engagements focused on health care value with the ultimate goal of making healthcare better, affordable and accessible for billions of people around the world.

You will join our Client Capabilities Network in Bengaluru office as part of the Healthcare Access, Quality, and Outcomes (HALO) domain within the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice.

Our team uses healthcare data (payer/provider/third party data etc.), advanced analytics (combination of descriptive & predictive analytics), advanced technologies (automation, digital, AI) and core consulting skills to answer some of the most pressing questions our healthcare payor clients face. HALO has been a fast-growing domain, bringing together a diverse mix of healthcare experts, data scientists, engineers, and more to drive enterprise transformation programs across the healthcare value chain.

SHaPE fosters innovation driven by advanced analytics, user experience design thinking, predictive forecasting to develop new products/services and integrating them into our client work. It is helping to shift our model towards asset-based consulting and is a foundation for our entrepreneurial culture.

You will deliver high-quality analytical outputs to guide decisions on business problems for our clients, such as identifying potential opportunity areas in medical, network, admin, pharmacy costs using descriptive analytics and where needed, web-accessible dynamic reports using advanced analytics and cloud-based platforms.

You will be actively engaged with front-line client teams involved in helping payors implement Healthcare Value Optimization (HVO) programs, their capability development for sustained impact that improves member & provider experience and enhances the quality and affordability of healthcare systems. You will use our proprietary big data and analytical platform, Nebula, which will become a core element of your toolkit. You will also support the development of HALO’s Intellectual Property (IP), knowledge & product development, and drive the process of creating end-to-end solutions.

You will own data models that you or your team creates, develop deep healthcare content expertise and develop a consulting tool kit – all of which are critical in solving the overall business problem. You will also hone project management and client communication skills as you participate in problem-solving sessions with clients and McKinsey leadership.

Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous learning and team development
  • Client service orientation and operational rigor, with the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
