Job summary

Design Pickle, a global creative services company, is seeking a Canva Designer for a fully remote role. You will craft engaging Canva templates, social graphics, and marketing collateral, ensuring on-brand, scalable designs across a high-volume output.

You will collaborate with internal teams, convert PDFs and Adobe files to Canva templates, and utilize advanced Canva features to maintain consistency and efficiency. PST/EST hours apply, with fixed weekly hours and generous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Canva proficiency with portfolio of editable templates, brand kits and animations.
• Experience creating templates from PDFs or Adobe files.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Affinity Suite experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent organization and familiarity with Canva Folders and Brand Hub.
• Ability to produce high volumes of quality work efficiently.
• Strong collaboration and communication within creative/project teams.
• Comfortable working PST/EST hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Fully remote work setup; fixed weekly hours and reliable pay.
• Access to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver social graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and print-ready files using Canva.
• Convert external PDFs/Adobe files into editable Canva templates with correct fonts and structure.
• Use Canva features (Magic Resize, Smartmockups, Brand Hub) for scalable designs.
• Build reusable design systems with locked elements, text styles, and layout guides.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Art Directors, Team Coordinators, and Quality Specialists.
• Maintain organized files using Canva’s Version History, Comments, and Folders.
• Leverage Canva’s animation and video tools for engaging motion content.
• Communicate clearly via internal tools; limited client interaction during handoffs.

Key responsibilities:

As a Canva Designer, you’ll create engaging, editable templates and visual content using Canva’s advanced tools. From social posts and marketing materials to presentations and animations, you’ll ensure each design is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for scalability. You’ll work with internal creative teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality designs efficiently.

Requirements:
