This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Candidate Outreach Associate based in India.

This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy communicating with people and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruiting environment. As a Candidate Outreach Associate, you will connect with prospective candidates, introduce relevant job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability. The role involves high-volume outbound calling, with an expected 100–120 calls per day, alongside consistent follow-ups and accurate recordkeeping. You will collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure interested candidates move efficiently through the hiring pipeline. This remote position offers an opportunity to develop communication, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations skills. Candidates may be considered for different role levels, including junior or senior intern, contractor/consultant, and full-time POD Lead, depending on experience and suitability.

Accountabilities

• Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to shortlisted candidates and introduce relevant job opportunities, including role details, company information, location, and eligibility criteria.

• Confirm candidates’ interest, availability, notice periods, and other information required for the recruitment process.

• Conduct timely follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain candidate engagement.

• Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant recruiting team for further evaluation.

• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate records, and follow-up notes in spreadsheets or designated systems.

• Meet daily outreach targets while maintaining professional communication, consistency, and attention to detail.

• For POD Lead positions, coordinate team activities, coach associates, monitor daily productivity, and support quality standards.

Requirements:

• A completed undergraduate degree is required; current college students are not eligible. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional telephone communication skills.

• Comfort with repetitive outbound calling, frequent follow-ups, and performance-based daily targets.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, persistence, and the ability to handle conversations professionally.

• Basic spreadsheet proficiency and careful attention to candidate information and record accuracy.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting agreed productivity expectations.

• Availability to work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week, including one mandatory working Sunday per month, with a higher incentive for that Sunday.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is an advantage but is not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

Benefits:

• Fixed monthly pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000, depending on experience, assessment, and role level.

• Performance-based bonus: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, based on achieved results; incentives are not guaranteed.

• Potential total monthly compensation: Approximately ₹5,000–₹25,000, depending on the applicable compensation structure and performance.

• Remote work: Work from anywhere in India, subject to role requirements and the agreed schedule.
