• Capture candid moments across weddings, pre-wedding celebrations, social gatherings, and other events.
• Understand the client brief, event schedule, key people, and important rituals before each assignment.
• Anticipate moments and document expressions with minimal interruption.
• Create a cohesive visual story through a thoughtful mix of people, atmosphere, décor, and detail shots.
• Work confidently in changing light conditions, including low-light venues and fast-moving events.
• Coordinate with lead photographers, cinematographers, and planning teams to ensure complete coverage.
• Guide clients naturally when needed, keeping photographs relaxed and authentic.
• Select, colour-correct, and retouch photographs while maintaining natural skin tones and a consistent editing style.
• Organise files, maintain secure backups, and deliver photographs within agreed timelines.
• Maintain photography equipment and prepare backup gear for assignments.
• Handle client photographs responsibly and follow agreed permissions for portfolio or social media use.

• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, flash, and lighting equipment.
• Strong understanding of composition, exposure, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Ability to anticipate key moments and work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude.
• Attention to detail during both shooting and post-production.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
