Job summary

Thoucentric is seeking a Supply Chain Consulting professional with deep understanding of end-to-end SCM processes. You will design To-Be processes, perform Fit-Gap analyses, prepare functional specs, test cases and training materials while driving on-time delivery across on-site and off-shore teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, matrix management, and collaboration with stakeholders to tailor solutions for client requirements and ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse large amount of data; SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills along with self-motivation to excel.
• Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes including planning, manufacturing, procurement and logistics.
• Prepare FMEA, Functional Specifications, Test cases and Training documents.
• Configure the supply chain product and customize the solution as per client’s requirements.
• Manage project teams (on-site and off-shore) ensuring on-time delivery of project deliverables.

Role Summary

• Deep understanding of business processes in supply chainmanagement.
• Design To-Be processes and perform Fit-Gap analysis byassessing client’s requirements and business processes
• Prepare FMEA, Functional Specifications, Test cases andTraining documents
• Ensure the successful completion of quality product andsolution implementations utilizing strong leadership, projectand resource management skills
• Creation of business blueprint documents and validatedesign by conforming to best industry practice
• Configure the supply chain product and customize thesolution as per client’s requirements
• Ability to drive projects in a matrix managementenvironment that includes influencing, efficiency,collaboration, candor, and openness with a focus on resultsorientation
• Manage Project teams (both on-site and off-shore) ensuringon-time delivery of project deliverables as per expectations
• Preparation of Status reports, Project plans, Activity Plans forrobust project management as and when required.
• Responsible for issue recognition, identification, andapplication of appropriate resources necessary to resolveissues, status reporting, and overall management of issuesthrough resolution
• Adheres to priority-based management based upon businessimpact and urgency

Requirements

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes includingPlanning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics.
• Experience with Supply Chain IT tools. Knowledge ofemerging technologies would be a big plus.
• Ability to analyse large amount of data; SQL knowledge ispreferred

• Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
