Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Campaign Operations Associate for GSS Campaign Operations, Prime Video. You will build campaigns using marketing tools and SOPs, ensuring on-time delivery with quality, and updating workflow trackers.

The role requires adaptability to rotating shifts and quick learning of new SOP features. As part of Operations and Quality & Process Excellence, you will monitor KPI targets, escalate issues proactively, and support root-cause analysis and process enhancements through

Qualifications

• Ability to fulfill objectives and meet KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
• Ability to work on resolving customer facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality.
• Comply with SOP or manager's directions and make sure that tasks meet quality standards.
• Identify errors in the SOP content and reach out to the Subject matter experts for correcting the SOP.
• Contribute towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens.
• Deep dive to provide inputs while doing root cause analysis.

Campaign Operations Associate, GSS Campaign Operations, Prime Video

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools, operations workflows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. You will also be responsible to learn and adapt to the new features and changes in the processes and following the SOP while creating campaigns. In this role, you will also be responsible for updating the workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks. This role will need flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Operations:

• Fulfills objectives and KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity, and quality targets
• Alerts managers/SMEs on problems or concerns in a proactive manner
• Meets the daily goals on tasks allocated

Quality and Process Excellence:

• Expected to work on resolving customer facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality.
• Comply with SOP or manager's directions and make sure that tasks meet quality standards.
• Associates have to spot/catch errors in the SOP content and expected to reach out to their respective Subject matter experts for correcting the SOP.
• Contributing towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens. Goal is to complete at least 1 Kaizen/ 4 – JDIs in a year.
• Willing to be a part of deep dive to provide inputs to SMEs while doing root cause analysis

Basic Qualifications
