Job summary

Matrix Comsec, a leader in security and telecom solutions, invites applications for a Camera/ISP Tuning Engineer to optimize 3A algorithms, ISP pipelines, and IQ metrics for high-megapixel sensors.

You will work with Imatest/DXO tools, support embedded platforms from Qualcomm/TI/MTK, and own the delivery of robust image quality enhancements in consumer and automotive cameras.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Camera ISP tuning and 3A algorithms.
• Experience with image sensor technologies and IQ optimization.
• Hands-on with Imatest/DXO and industry-standard tuning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own timely product delivery with impeccable image quality and documentation.

Job Description:

Function : Camera/ISP Tuning

Who are you:

You are an energetic and passionate Camera ISP & IQ Tuning Engineer with strong expertise in 3A algorithms (AE, AWB, AF), ISP pipeline tuning, image sensor technologies, and image quality optimization. You have hands-on experience with Imatest/DXO/Image Engineering tools and experience with industry-standard camera tuning and image analysis tools.

Qualification :

B.E/ B.tech/ M.E/ M.tech (EC, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, CSE)

Technical Skills Required :

• Experience in working on digital consumer cameras/automotive cameras/machine vision cameras.
• Deep knowledge in 3A algorithms and ISP pipeline modules.
• Experience in tuning 3A (Auto Exposure/Auto White Balance/Auto Focus) algorithms and ISP pipeline blocks for consumer or automotive cameras with high megapixel sensors.
• Knowledge in latest image sensor technologies, optics, camera ISP pipelines and deep understanding of IQ metrics and their trade-offs w.r.t. different ISP blocks.
• Understanding of Image processing pipeline (Calibration, Gamma correction, Colour correction, Noise reduction, sharpness, brightness, contrast)
• Experience in performing subjective and objective IQ evaluations
• Experience in handling IMATEST/Image Engineering/ DXO mark SW tools
• Work experience on embedded systems based on platforms like Qualcomm, TI, MTK, Intel, Ambarella, Ingenic.
• A strong team player, self-motivated with passion for photography and solving problems and work independently
