Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, partner experience, and operational execution. As the Content Acquisition Program Manager (CAM-PM) for India, you will define the operating strategy for Indias CAM-PM function, driving cross-functional alignment across Content Acquisition, Finance, Tax, Legal, Accounting, Publishing, and Engineering to ensure content operations run accurately, on time, and at scale.

You will own defining new processes, consistently delivering results, and working across teams to drive automation and simplification, while rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. This role requires high judgment, comfort with sustained ambiguity, and the ability to design scalable solutions from scratch.

A apt candidate will have sharp attention to detail, thrive in articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders using internal metrics, serve as the voice of the customer, and demonstrate the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority. Ideal backgrounds include program management, finance, accounting, or digital media operations.

Key job responsibilities

• Define and evolve the operating model for India CAM-PM, including workflow design and identifying automation opportunities to champion through product and engineering roadmaps.
• Identify systemic operational gaps, design mechanisms to close them, and establish governance models, SLAs, and structured reporting for senior leadership.
• Partner with Content Acquisition teams to inform and operationalize business strategy decisions.
• Represent the voice of external content partners across internal planning, product, and operational decisions, translating vendor feedback, pain points, and experience gaps into actionable improvements across teams.
• Drive alignment across Content Acquisition, Finance, Tax, Legal, Accounting, Publishing, and Engineering to ensure coordinated execution across interdependent workstreams.
• Establish and run operational review cadences to track execution health across workstreams, surface risks early, and report progress to leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 6+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
• Knowledge of general AI tools
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience comfort with ambiguity
• Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a TV Network, broadcaster, or an online streaming platform, specializing in digital video delivery or streaming media technologies
• Experience evaluating and applying AI and GenAI to operational workflows
