Safran Aircraft Engines in Hyderabad, India invites applications for a CAM Programmer role. You will create and validate CAM programs for machining operations and ensure efficiency and quality of processes.

You will develop CAM programs for CNC machines with optimized tool paths and parameters, while supporting machinists and collaborating with Process Engineers. Responsibilities include documenting revisions, leading knowledge capitalization, and driving continuous improvement to reduce costs

Qualificações

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering required.
• Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, NX)
• Knowledge of CNC machining and tooling
• Problem solving, Communication & Team working
• Mastery of plan reading and tolerancing
• Experience in process development and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
• Understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the management and traceability of developments in the technical elements of its responsibility.
• Lead the capitalization of knowledge around the process in its technical field.
