Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 8–12 years of direct experience in supporting Nasdaqs Calypso platforms and related infrastructure. The role requires leadership and mentoring of software engineers, and deep experience with configuration, implementation and testing across OTC derivatives products throughout the trading lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Capital Markets technology.
• Experience configuring Calypso modules for rates, commodities, FX, options and equities.
• Strong knowledge of databases and platforms (UNIX, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Calypso modules for multiple asset classes.
• Integrate Calypso with DTCC SDR, FedWire, Bloomberg, AcadiaSoft, TriResolve, and market data sources.
• Develop and support WebSphere, Java, SpringBoot, MQ, ETL, and API components.
• Work on UNIX, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, and Linux platforms.
• Participate in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
