Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Calypso Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets practice. This role focuses on delivering business analysis and functional solutions within Calypso across Back Office operations, trade lifecycle, settlements, and related modules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a BA in trading platforms with hands-on Back Office experience.
• Expertise in Back Office with post-trade processing and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Understanding Capital Markets products: FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Bonds, Derivatives, IRS.
• Strong knowledge of settlements, confirmations, reconciliations, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, specifications, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to production support, issue analysis, defect resolution, and coordination with tech/business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Understanding of Capital Markets products, including FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Bonds, Derivatives, and Interest Rate Swaps (IRS).
• Good understanding of Back Office processes, including settlements, confirmations, corporate actions, reconciliations, and trade lifecycle management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, functional specifications/documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to production support, issue analysis, defect resolution, and coordination with technology/business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams, and other stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Exposure to Calypso Accounting (GL, P&L, Accounting Events, Accounting Books, Accounting Rules).
• Experience with OPL (Official P&L) configuration or Finance modules.
• Exposure to Product Control or Finance domain.
• Experience with Calypso upgrades or migration projects.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
