Job summary

T- Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India, is seeking an Application Owner for Autodesk software, responsible for portfolio governance, roadmap definition, licensing, and service delivery across IT environments.

You will coordinate with Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Security, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure seamless upgrades, licensing compliance and optimized costs while maintaining security and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Own the Autodesk application portfolio including major tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, Navisworks, Inventor, Civil 3D).
• Define and maintain application roadmaps, upgrade strategies and lifecycle plans.
• Act as SPA for all Autodesk-related decisions.
• Plan and manage licenses, including Named User, Network and Cloud licenses.

Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**

**Application Ownership & Governance**

• Own the Autodesk application portfolio, including AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, Navisworks, Inventor, and Civil 3D
• Define and maintain application roadmaps, upgrade strategies, and lifecycle plans
• Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all Autodesk-related decisions

**Operations Support**

• Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of Autodesk applications
• Oversee L2/L3 support, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Work with infrastructure, VDI, and EUC teams to resolve performance and compatibility issues
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service health metrics
• Manage Autodesk licensing models, including Named User, Network, and Cloud-based licenses
• Ensure license compliance, optimization, and cost control
• Coordinate with Autodesk vendors and partners for renewals, audits, and escalations

**Change, Release & Upgrade Management**

• Plan and execute version upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
• Assess business impact and risks associated with upgrades
• Coordinate UAT and rollout across user groups
• Ensure minimal business disruption during releases

  **Security & Compliance**

  • Ensure applications comply with IT security, data protection, and audit standards
  • Manage application access, authentication, and role-based permissions
  • Support internal and external audits related to software usage and compliance

  **Stakeholder Management**

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, IT Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and Finance teams
  • Translate business requirements into application solutions
  • Provide regular reporting on application health, risks, and improvement plans

  **Documentation & Knowledge Management**

  • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and runbooks
  • Contribute to knowledge base and training material creation
