Job summary

Acro Hr Solutions Gurugram seeks a CAD Designer to transform ideas into precise visuals for print and digital media. You will develop layouts, logos, illustrations, and visuals that ensure brand consistency, collaborating with the creative team to deliver compelling designs.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a graduate background, and proficiency in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen eye for aesthetics and deadlines. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Good Understanding of different print techniques (Screen printing, Rotary printing, sublimation and digital printing)

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of print and digital projects.
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations.
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout to support the project goals.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, printers, photographers, and other designers to complete projects.
• Use software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to execute designs.
• Ensure visual communication and brand consistency across all channels.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D, and video editing.
