Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a CAD/CAE support specialist to provide Level 1 and 2 assistance for NX, Delmia, LS-PrePost, and other tools. You will troubleshoot installation/licensing issues, assist with data handling and JT conversions, and support engineers with model issues and version conflicts.

You will guide users on best practices, collaborate with PLM teams for CAD-PLM integration, and prepare training materials while ensuring regression testing for software updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Siemens NX and Vis-Mockup.
• Experience with LS-PrePost and Delmia (Process simulation, Robotics).
• Experience with JT formats and OpenJT for visualization/conversion.
• Strong understanding of CAD data structures, product assemblies, and lightweight visualization.
• Familiarity with PDM/PLM environments is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to automotive or manufacturing domains is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) for support management.
• Certification in CAD/CAE tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with infrastructure and PLM teams (e.g., Teamcenter) for CAD-PLM integration support.
• Prepare support documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
• Perform regression testing and validation for software updates and patches.
