Job summary

Rrayze Business Solutions in Gurgaon is seeking a Statutory Audit Executive to join our Finance and Compliance team. You will work on statutory audit procedures, client coordination, and regulatory compliance, gaining hands-on experience across NBFC audits and financial statement review.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of audit experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.

Qualifications

• 6 months–3 years of relevant experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, or Assurance.
• Strong understanding of audit procedures and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and IND AS.
• NBFC audit experience will be preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of statutory and assurance NBFC audits.
• Perform vouching, verification, reconciliation, and analytical review.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Review financial records and identify discrepancies or control weaknesses.
• Assist in preparation of audit reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for audit-related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, IND AS, Companies Act, RBI compliances and other regulatory requirements.
• Support audit documentation and timely completion of client deliverables.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and quality throughout audit assignments.

Role Overview
