We value strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with 1–8 years in SME/mid-corporate lending or credit appraisal and exposure to banks, NBFCs, or debt funds.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years of relevant experience in SME or mid-corporate lending or credit appraisal.
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, or debt funds is preferred.
• Strong understanding of lending processes and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate SME and mid-corporate lending proposals based on borrower financials and creditworthiness.
• Conduct corporate credit appraisal and assess repayment capacity and risks.
• Analyze financial statements, balance sheets and P&L, and other financial info.
• Assess credit proposals and support lending decisions per credit policies.
• Identify credit risks and recommend risk-mitigation measures.
• Review borrower profiles, operations, and industry conditions for credit assessment.
• Coordinate with business, credit, risk, and other teams to facilitate lending.
• Support loan documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor borrower performance and identify early warning signs of credit stress.
• Maintain credit assessment records and documentation.

• Conduct corporate credit appraisal and assess repayment capacity, cash flows, and financial risks.
• Analyse financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant financial information.
• Assess credit proposals and support lending decisions in line with applicable credit policies.
• Identify potential credit risks and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation measures.
• Review borrower profiles, business operations, and industry conditions as part of the credit assessment process.
• Coordinate with business, credit, risk, and other relevant teams to facilitate lending activities.
• Support loan documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor borrower performance and identify early warning signs of potential credit stress.
• Maintain appropriate credit assessment records and documentation.
