Responsibilities

• Cash flow management and daily cash flow reports to fund managers.
• Daily Bank and Holding reconciliations for BOD/EOD.
• Master creation in system for Scheme, Broker, Client, Bank.
• Coordinate with Fund Managers/Issuers/Arrangers/Brokers for trades and documentation.
• Manage reporting of fixed income and equity trades to settlement platforms.
• Prepare regulatory and MIS reports for stakeholders.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Cash flow management, providing cash flow reports to Portfolio/fund managers on daily basis. Placing of daily margins with the custodians for equity trades.
• Daily BOD / EOD activities including - Bank and Holding reconciliation.
• Master creation in system Scheme, Broker, Client, Bank etc.
• Coordinating with Fund Managers/Issuers/Arrangers/Brokers for primary/Secondary market trades in debt securities and following up for IM/other documents for security master creation.
• Managing reporting of secondary market OTC trades in fixed income securities (Bonds/CP/CDs) on respective reporting platform /custodian for settlement.
• Primary Debt Trade processing & settlement.
• Tracking and updating of corporate actions to be booked in the system both for DEBT and Equity Securities.
• Monitoring and payment of monthly expenses to third party, etc.
• Redemption working and processing payout to investors.
• Reporting of Mutual fund, Debt & Equity Trades to Fund Accountant
• Settlement of DEBT trades on CBRICS, FTRAC and Equity trades on NSDL steady.
• Supporting and providing data to Internal, Statutory, SEBI auditors.
• Preparing regulatory reports.
• Preparing MIS reports for internal stake holders/ Sales team/ Senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have cleared CA Intermediate Exam and completed 12 months of articleship.
