Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for receivables and disputes.

• Prepare and analyze seller reconciliation statements and identify exceptions.
• Perform trend analysis on queries, backlogs, recoveries, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Product teams to resolve issues.

• Assist in seller onboarding governance, KYC validation, and master data quality.
• Prepare audit schedules and management responses for audits.

Job Title: Industrial Trainee – Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical trackers for receivables, settlements, seller disputes, and SLA adherence
• Assist in monitoring receivables aging, collection efficiency, and working capital performance.
• Analyze SPF payouts, seller settlement data, and other key operational metrics to provide actionable business insights.
• Prepare and analyze seller reconciliation statements, identify exceptions, and support closure of open items and NDCs.
• Perform trend analysis on seller queries, reconciliation backlogs, recoveries, and operational performance metrics.Collaborate with Business, Category, Product, Treasury, Tax, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues and drive process efficiencies.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Support seller onboarding governance, KYC validation, and master data quality reviews.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents, and management responses for internal and statutory audits.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Prepare leadership presentations, management reviews, and data-backed recommendations for decision-making.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
