Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 7 years of experience in GST.

RB Lawcorp Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of CA (GST Litigation and Advisory) in Noida. This role focuses on managing GST-related legal and advisory matters, including audits, assessments, and litigation support for clients.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of specific experience in GST.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage GST audits (internal and departmental under section 65/66).
• Lead assessment proceedings under section 61/62/63/64.
• Prepare and file various GST refunds under section 54.
• Draft replies to notices and prepare appeals under GST law.
• Assist clients during departmental inspections and search operations.
• Maintain proficiency in GSTR-1, 3B, 9, and 9C filings.
