As a CA/CS/CMA Semi-Qualified / Article Required / Drop-Out OR Experienced in Internal Audit or Finance, your responsibilities will include preparing reports, budgeting, and taxation. This role also includes analyzing accounts and business plans, providing financial advice, and dealing with insolvency cases.

Qualifications

Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS)/ CMA or Article required. Dropouts/ candidates not pursuing these exams will be more preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform pre-audit reviews of financial transactions, records, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Review and analyze financial data, identify discrepancies or potential risks, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards, principles, and internal policies.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and audit-related activities as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies, clarify financial information, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Maintain strong documentation and audit trails for financial transactions and pre-audit reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA, CMA or CS Qualified / Semi Qualified, Article, Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a relevant field.
