Profile

Diversified (except audits) - Financial Reporting, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, Corporate Law, M&A and Fund-Raise advisory.

• Accounting in Tally Prime and maintaining complete files for each client
• Preparing management reporting for clients
• Finalization of accounts and preparing financial statements
• Computation of income tax liability and preparation and filing of income tax return
• Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns
• GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returnsConducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects
• Assistance in preparing financial model, investment teaser, investment memorandum
• Preparing secretarial records and assistance in ROC filings
• Advisory on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax and GST

Qualification

CA intermediate both group pass | Candidates who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer, can also apply.

Stipend

INR 12,000 for first yearINR 15,000 for second year
