Qualifications

• CA Intermediate cleared and ICAI article start eligibility.
• Strong grounding in accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate laws.
• Analytical and communication abilities with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits.
• Support Direct and Indirect Tax compliance and filings.
• Prepare financial statements, working papers, and audit documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and interact with client representatives.
• Assist with ROC, GST, Income Tax and other regulatory compliances.
• Conduct research on accounting, taxation and corporate law matters.
• Support due diligence, advisory and consulting assignments as required.
• Maintain professional documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Travel to client locations when required.

Key Responsibilities
