The candidate should have strong experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Loan Processing.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.Manage company banking operations and bank relationships.Coordinate with banks and financial institutions.Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash-flow statements and financial projections.Handle loan applications, documentation, sanction and disbursement processes.Must have experience in processing/arranging loans of ₹1 Crore or above.Prepare loan proposals, CMA data, financial projections and other bank documents.Negotiate with banks regarding loan terms, interest rates and financial facilities.Manage working capital, term loans, overdraft and other banking facilities.Handle bank reconciliation and monitor payments and receipts.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and financial institutions.Ensure proper accounting, financial reporting and compliance.Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.Maintain confidentiality of all financial and banking information.RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA).5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting and Banking.Strong banking experience is mandatory.Proven experience in ₹10000 Crore+ loan processing/sanction.Good knowledge of corporate finance and loan documentation.Strong MS Excel and accounting software knowledge.Good communication and negotiation skills.UAE/Middle East experience will be an advantage.Candidate should be confident, professional and capable of working independently.Preferred CandidateFemale candidate with strong CA + Banking + Loan Processing experience, especially someone who has successfully handled ₹10000 Crore or above business/corporate.
