Role: IT Recruiter
No. of Positions: 2
Experience: 2+yrs
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Timings: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST

Must have skills.
Responsible for End-to-End recruitment life cycle across all levels (Job postings, sourcing, screening, short listing and evaluating the profile)
Work along with Corporate Leaders and Business Unit Leaders to understand the requirement and acquire new talent for growing business needs.
Should be familiar with the different job boards (e.g., Indeed, Naukri,etc)
Prepare and post job ads online and on job portals.
Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.
Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
Greet and assist interviewees onsite!
Co-ordinate all post interview processes up to offer stage.
Maintain candidate database.
