Required Skills And Qualifications

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, software architecture, and clean coding practices.


• Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, memory management, and performance optimization.


• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills using Visual Studio and related development tools.


• Good understanding of Windows operating systems, application lifecycle management, and desktop application performance tuning.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WinUI, UWP, or modern Windows application development frameworks.


• Experience developing hardware-integrated applications involving USB, Display, Bluetooth, Serial Communication, or Network Communication.


• Working knowledge of C++ and interoperability between C++ and C# applications.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.


• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar coding assistants.


• Knowledge of accessibility, localization, and internationalization best practices.


• Experience leading technical modules, driving design discussions, and mentoring software development teams.
