Job summary

TVS Next Limited in Chennai seeks a hands-on C# / WPF Developer to build, maintain and enhance desktop applications. You’ll debug issues, perform RCA and implement robust fixes across a large codebase, collaborating with globally distributed teams.

You will develop unit-tested solutions, review code, and document investigations while ensuring stability and maintainability of applications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in C# / WPF Desktop Application Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and WPF.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across large and unfamiliar codebases.
• Good understanding of MVVM, Dependency Injection and Design Patterns.
• Experience with NUnit, xUnit or similar unit testing frameworks.
• Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis, problem solving and defect investigation.
• Experience with Git/source control and ticketing or issue-tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

About The Job

We are looking for a C# / WPF Developer with strong hands-on experience in desktop application development, debugging, troubleshooting and application maintenance. The role involves investigating customer-reported issues, performing root-cause analysis across a large codebase, reproducing issues, developing permanent fixes and ensuring application stability. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with unfamiliar code and collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams.
