RapidBrains is seeking an experienced C++ Software Engineer to maintain an in-house C++ simulator, add new features, optimize performance, and provide L3 technical support. Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on C++ development experience
• Strong expertise in Modern C++ / C++11 or later
• Excellent knowledge of STL
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Strong systems programming knowledge, including memory management, concurrency & multithreading, I/O
• Experience developing low-latency and high-throughput applications
• Strong performance optimization and debugging skills
• Experience with code reviews and technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
