• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB; familiarity with PL/SQL and RDBMS like Oracle, Sybase, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
• Experience with DDS and real-time control systems.
• Linux/Unix and RTOS development experience; strong debugging and engineering practices.
• Familiar with Git, JIRA, and SVN; knowledge of code quality and production-grade software.

About The Job

We are looking for a Senior C++ Software Engineer with 5+ years of server-side C++ development experience and strong hands-on expertise in C++, OOPs, STL, data structures, algorithms, multithreading, MySQL/MongoDB, and Data Distribution Systems (DDS). The ideal candidate should have experience developing real-time control systems and working across Linux/Unix and RTOS environments, with a strong focus on system reliability, debugging, and production-grade software development.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software using C++, with strong application of OOPs, STL, data structures, and algorithms.
• Develop multithreaded applications for real-time control systems and build/test applications across Linux/Unix and RTOS environments.
• Work with MySQL and MongoDB and integrate Data Distribution Systems (DDS) for data handling and communication.
• Ensure system reliability, high availability, and production-grade code quality through system failure analysis, debugging, and corrective actions.
• Analyze project requirements, provide technical and functional recommendations, evaluate engineering improvements, and recommend technologies that enhance performance and scalability.

What We Seek In You

• 5+ years of design and coding experience in C++ development and server-side programming, with strong knowledge of OOPs, STL, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience developing and debugging applications in Windows environments, along with experience in multithreaded application development.
• Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB as relational and NoSQL databases, with experience in PL/SQL and any of Oracle, Sybase, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL as an RDBMS.
• Experience working with Data Distribution Systems (DDS) and real-time control systems.
• Experience developing and testing applications in Linux/Unix and RTOS environments.
• Familiarity with development tools including Git, JIRA, and SVN, with strong debugging, problem-solving, and engineering practices.
• Java development experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on high-performance, real-time, or production-critical software systems.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for system performance and scalability.
