• Experience with RTOS such as FreeRTOS, QNX, VxWorks or similar
• Experience in multithreading, synchronization, IPC, sockets, and system-level programming
• Proficient in debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Git, GDB, CMake/Make, and profiling tools
