About the Role

We are looking for a C/C++ Developer to join us in driving high‑impact AI and systems‑level projects. You will work closely with top AI research and engineering teams to build, evaluate, and optimize foundational models and performance‑critical systems. This role blends your deep technical understanding of low‑level programming, memory management, and system design with structured experimentation and problem‑solving to enhance AI efficiency, reliability, and technical precision.

In this position, you’ll collaborate with experts at the intersection of AI, systems programming, and high‑performance computing, contributing to improving model reasoning, runtime performance, and code‑level accuracy in state‑of‑the‑art AI and simulation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed code reviews of C/C++ programs.
• Evaluate and rate submissions against established rubrics.
• Identify logic errors, performance issues, and coding inefficiencies.
• Provide constructive feedback on code quality, structure, and adherence to standards.
