About the Role

We are looking for a C/C++ Developer to join us in driving high-impact AI and systems-level projects. You will work closely with top AI research and engineering teams to build, evaluate, and optimize foundational models and performance-critical systems.

This role blends your deep technical understanding of low-level programming, memory management, and system design with structured experimentation and problem-solving to enhance AI efficiency, reliability, and technical precision.

In this position, you’ll collaborate with experts at the intersection of AI, systems programming, and high-performance computing, contributing to improving model reasoning, runtime performance, and code-level accuracy in state-of-the‑art AI and simulation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed code reviews of C/C++ programs.
• Evaluate and rate submissions against established rubrics.
• Identify logic errors, performance issues, and coding inefficiencies.
• Provide constructive feedback on code quality, structure, and adherence to standards.
• Perform debugging and validation to ensure functionality and correctness.
