Job Description:

The position is responsible for client interfaces within the assigned Account within IT recruitment and Staffing practice.

The Account Manager builds and manages key client relationships and is responsible for the performance of the portfolio.

Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guide the team to work.

Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements and is aligned with clients' expectations.

Coordinate with the team to ensure fitment with the client needs, negotiate the rates or salaries, and ensure onboarding as per clients' requirements.

Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements for the assigned client.

Analyzing, screening, and submitting profiles as per client requirements with proper QC.

Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status updates on a regular basis.

Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have experience in the IT Consulting/Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a minimum of 1 year in client servicing.
• Staffing experience will be preferred or preferred consultancy background.
