Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Noida, UP, seeks a Buyer Planner II to support Configure-to-Order production and maintain efficient inventory. You will source and manage suppliers, build POs, and apply MRP to ensure material availability while controlling costs and lead times.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills for supplier and internal teams.
• Good problem-solving skills to address supply-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate cost and terms with suppliers not handled by Sourcing; initiate RFQs where appropriate.

• Manage supplier relationships and performance; resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, or invoice exceptions.
• Hold suppliers accountable by measuring performance: on-time delivery, lead time, material quality.
• Apply MRP to handle materials and purchases.
• Track and direct inventory quantities to prevent depletion and minimize excess/obsolescence.
• Review historical data to refine forecasting and control safety stock for assigned commodities.
