Job summary

Hotel Oleander Restaurant in Maharashtra is hiring a Butler to support executive dining, meeting and boardroom service, VIP hospitality, and high‑level event dining at Karjat. You will coordinate meals, tea and beverages, and ensure impeccable presentation and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Executive Dining Service: serve meals and beverages to senior management and ensure proper etiquette.
• Meeting & Boardroom Service: prepare boardrooms, arrange refreshments, serve guests during meetings.
• VIP & Guest Hospitality: welcome VIP guests and ensure courteous, prompt service with confidentiality.
• Table Setting & Fine Dining: set tables per formal standards and ensure attractive presentation.
• Coordination: liaise with catering, housekeeping, kitchen, administration and facility management to ensure timely service.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: follow hygiene standards and keep dining areas clean.
• Executive Support: handle special dining requests and assist with events and protocol arrangements.

Full job description

1. Executive Dining Service

• Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, and refreshments to senior management.
• Ensure food is served according to fine dining and hospitality standards.
• Present food and beverages professionally with proper table etiquette.
• Coordinate meal timings according to executives' schedules.

2. Meeting & Boardroom Service

• Prepare boardrooms before meetings.
• Arrange tea, coffee, snacks, beverages, and meals.
• Serve guests during board meetings without interrupting discussions.
• Clear tables promptly after meetings.

3. VIP & Guest Hospitality

• Welcome and assist VIP guests and business delegates.
• Ensure guests receive courteous, prompt, and professional service.
• Coordinate with reception and administration for guest requirements.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding executive meetings and visitors.

5. Table Setting & Fine Dining

• Set dining tables according to formal dining standards.
• Arrange crockery, cutlery, napkins, and glassware appropriately.
• Understand Indian and international dining etiquette.
• Ensure attractive food presentation.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Catering team
• Housekeeping
• Kitchen staff
• Administration
• Facility management
• Ensure timely availability of food and beverages.

7. Hygiene & Food Safety

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry, dining area, and service equipment.
• Store food and beverages correctly.
• Ensure compliance with company hygiene policies.

8. Executive Support

• Handle special dining requests from executives.
• Arrange meals during late meetings and conferences.
• Organize refreshments for events, client visits, and board meetings.
• Assist with protocol arrangements for high-profile visitors.

Pay: 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
