• Ensure flawless execution of guest services by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Resolve unforeseen issues swiftly, maintaining guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Build strong, professional relationships with guests, learning their unique preferences.
• Represent Foodlink with the highest standards of polish, decorum, and professionalism at all times.
