Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, finance, accounting or economics is required.
• MBA or valuation-focused master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of valuation/financial analysis experience.
• CPA/CFA/ASA designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Valuations team. In this role, you will support valuation engagements through financial analysis, industry research, valuation modeling, and report preparation for a variety of tax, transaction, and compliance purposes. Working alongside experienced professionals, youll contribute to complex valuation projects involving businesses, securities, and intangible assets while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and client needs. You will work on business valuation engagements that support financial reporting and audit requirements, contributing to analysis, building financial models from scratch, and forming perspectives aligned with accounting standards. The role involves close collaboration with US teams and senior stakeholders, offering exposure to client interactions and real business scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or Masters in Valuation preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in valuation, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with financial statement analysis required.
• CPA, CFA, or ASA designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
