• Support workforce planning, resource management, and organizational transformation activities.
• Maintain executive reporting and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Job description

The Associate Manager will support the execution of strategic Growth Enablement initiatives by driving analytics, program management, governance, business operations, and stakeholder coordination across key business priorities. The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, improving operational effectiveness, driving productivity initiatives, supporting Zero-Based Everything (ZBX) programs, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Reinvention Services.
