Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant to support the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong focus on Sales Cloud. This hands-on role bridges business requirements with technical implementation and collaborates with Sales Ops, Finance, Pricing, and Engineering to drive end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities include leading requirements, designing solutions, configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, and developing detailed user stories and test artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Salesforce BSA/Consultant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on configuration and/or development on Salesforce platform.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders (Sales Ops, Pricing, Sourcing) and the technical delivery team.
• Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Drive UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage with business users.
• Support change management, training documentation, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases.
