  • Perform introductory scripting and development work under direction.
  • Create and maintain test cases for assigned enhancements and fixes, document outcomes to support release readiness and controlled deployments.
  • Support deployments using established best practices, following change control and completing required validations, coordinating release steps through the team’s release cadence and readiness reviews to reduce risk and user impact.
  • Work primarily with Business Applications administrators and managers to support requirement clarification and execution of approved priorities.
  • Participate in internal working sessions to understand assigned changes, dependencies, and implementation expectations.
  • Partner with team members to support adoption activities following planned change initiatives.
  • Execute assigned work in accordance with established change control and release management processes.
  • Reference, update, and maintain documentation related to NetSuite support, enhancements, and operational procedures using approved templates.

  • Identify repeat issues and escalate appropriately for backlog consideration.
  • Maintain working knowledge of existing NetSuite integrations and their role within the broader application ecosystem.
  • Assess potential downstream impact of assigned changes and elevate integration considerations as needed.
  • Support testing and validation related to planned integration updates.
  • Assist with user access reviews and audits, including validation of roles, permissions, and data visibility.
  • Support remediation of access issues identified through audits or reviews.
  • Assist with maintaining user and role changes in response to approved business and departmental updates.
  • Help install and validate approved managed packages and tools within the environment.
