As an Ecommerce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from detailing Epics and User Stories to deployment and releases in an Agile environment. You will facilitate stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, UI design discussions, and release planning. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, focusing on the functional aspects of the ecommerce system and its B2B stores. You will test new functionalities and provide ongoing support to maintain a high-performing, customer-centric B2B online store.
