Job summary

Natwest Digitalx in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate-level Business Risk Data Analyst to join a forward-thinking Data, Automation and AI team. You will deliver data-driven insights across risk management, supporting automation, data and AI initiatives with hands-on analysis and visualization.

You will handle data lifecycle tasks—from extraction and processing to analysis, visualization and automation—ensuring data is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.

What you'll do

As a Business Risk Data Analyst, you'll play an important role in delivering data-driven solutions that support risk management and decision-making. Youll work across the data lifecycle, from extraction, processing and analysis through to visualisation and automation, helping make sure data is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.

Day-to-day, youll also be:

• Collecting, profiling and mapping data to support reporting, automation initiatives and AI-enabled solutions
• Analysing and documenting risk process and data flows, helping establish consistent data definitions, standards and models
• Translating business risk requirements into functional and data solutions, supporting the development of automated processes and self-service analytics capabilities
• Building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across Business Risk, Corporate Services and the Growth Office to support the successful delivery of data-led initiatives

The skills you'll need

Were looking for someone with experience using data analysis and visualisation tools to deliver meaningful insight within a Risk or Technology environment. Knowledge of Amazon QuickSight or Microsoft PowerPlatform solutions would be advantageous. Youll combine strong analytical thinking with curiosity for exploring data and solving problems through insight and innovation.

Well also look for:

• An in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of data structures, relationships and multiple data domains, with experience working within cloud-based data environments such as AWS
• Experience delivering analysis and insight using both qualitative and quantitative data across a range of business and risk-related subjects
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
