Job summary

Axway is seeking a Junior Project Manager with a strong interest in data and AI to orchestrate IS projects in a hybrid Noida setting. You will bridge business units with technical teams and external partners, supporting the full project lifecycle under a Senior PM.

Fluency in English is essential. You will engage in data governance, analytics tooling (Power BI), and AI-driven improvement initiatives across Marketing, Finance, HR, R&D, and Services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, or an Engineering School.
• Initial IS project management or business analysis experience (internships accepted).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and V-Model methodologies.
• Fluent English is mandatory to collaborate in our international context.

Responsibilities

• Scoping & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements through functional specs and user stories.
• Project Delivery: Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables with technical experts and external partners.
• Data Valuation: Contribute to data governance and deploy new analysis and reporting tools for end-users.

As part of our ongoing digital transformation, our group (~5,000 employees) is strengthening its Information Systems Department. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong interest in data and artificial intelligence to orchestrate structured and innovative internal IS projects.

Responsibilities

You will join a cross-functional project team within the IS Department. Your scope of action covers all the group’s business domains: Marketing, Finance, HR, R&D, Services...

On a daily basis, you will bridge the gap between business departments, internal technical teams, and external service providers. You will operate in an international and multicultural environment, requiring regular collaboration with teams based abroad. Therefore, fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, you will actively participate in the entire lifecycle of IS projects with a Data & AI focus:

• Scoping & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements through the drafting of functional specifications, user stories, or business requirement documents.


• Project Delivery: Ensure the operational tracking of schedules, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with technical experts and external partners.


• Data Valuation: Contribute to data governance efforts and participate in deploying new analysis and reporting tools for end-users.


• Innovation & AI: Proactively suggest ways to integrate Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions into core business processes.


• Change Management: Support end-users in adopting new solutions by creating documentation and organizing info-sessions or training.

Technical & System Ecosystem

You will evolve within a modern and diversified Cloud environment:

• Data & Analytics: Datamart modeling and feeding, data provisioning, and report creation using Power BI.


• System Integration & Data Flows: Various application integration challenges, including API flows, batch processing, and system interconnection.


• Automation & AI: Automation projects and AI use cases applied to different business lines.

Qualifications

Functional & Methodological Skills:

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, or an Engineering School.


• Experience: Initial experience in IS project management or business analysis (significant internships or work‑study programs are fully accepted).


• Methodology: Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, V-Model…).


• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken) to collaborate daily within our international context.

Professional Qualities:

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and translate needs between diverse business stakeholders and technical teams.


• Organization: Rigor in tracking deliverables and meeting commitments.
  
• Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity for data management technologies and artificial intelligence.


• Nice to have: French, snowflake and dbt
