Moody's in India is seeking candidates to advance our process excellence initiatives. You will own and improve business processes, develop controls, and partner with Legal and technology teams to drive change.

With 0–3 years in data, process, or financial analysis, you will build expertise in compliance frameworks like RCSA, and present metrics through Power BI and PowerPoint to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degrees in law, finance, accounting, engineering, math, or science are a plus.
• 0-3 years in data, process, financial analysis, reporting, or similar fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage documentation and stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and execute business processes and controls for Commercial Contracting.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end process activities with process owners.
• Develop subject matter expertise in business processes and required controls.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support process owners in managing a backlog of improvement ideas.
• Develop and monitor controls to ensure compliance with defined RCSA.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate process improvements.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Moody's, including Legal teams.
• Clearly articulate issues and resolve stakeholder inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and execute aspects of business processes and controls for Commercial Contracting.

• Ensure effective change management and transition to business as usual.
• Develop, track, and report metrics to measure process performance.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports using tools like Power BI.
• Support process owners in managing a backlog of improvement ideas.
• Develop and monitor controls to ensure compliance with defined RCSA.
• Manage remediation activities resulting from control operations.
• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate process improvements.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Moody's, including Legal teams.
• Clearly articulate issues and resolve stakeholder inquiries effectively.

Experience Required

0-3 years in data, process, financial analysis, reporting, or similar fields.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; degrees in law, finance, accounting, engineering, math, or science are a plus.
