Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a talented Business Process Analyst to join the India CoE-Integration & Engg team in Bangalore. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and support data-driven decision making.

The role requires deep knowledge of data tools (Dataiku, Snowflake) and scripting (Python, SQL), with experience in Agile environments and global teams. Office-based with a 5-day schedule in the Bengaluru location.
