What you will do

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst – Data & Integration to support the Strategic Procurement & Planning division.
• This role will act as a key bridge between business partners and technology teams, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions across Power BI, the Enterprise Procurement Data Platform, and our procurement application portfolio.
• The ideal candidate combines strong Power BI expertise, data engineering and analytics capabilities, system integration experience, and business analysis skills to translate business needs into impactful technology solutions.

Business Engagement & Delivery

• Partner directly with Strategic Procurement & Planning stakeholders to understand business needs. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, dashboards, and integration designs. Act as a trusted advisor and ensure delivery of measurable business value.

Power BI & Data Visualization

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards. Build and optimize data models, DAX, and Power Query transformations. Enable self-service analytics and ensure performance and scalability.

Data Analysis & Engineering

• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and design ETL/ELT pipelines. Support enterprise data platform and ensure data quality and governance.

System Integration & Application Support

• Design and implement integrations using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware. Support data exchange across enterprise systems and ensure reliability and security.

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Elicit and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Success Measures

• Trusted by business partners, delivers impactful dashboards, improves system integration, and enhances procurement analytics capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, procurement processes, procurement applications, and data governance.
• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office

• Designs complex application architectures that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Evaluates and selects appropriate pattern, components, technologies, and tools for application development; integrates them with technical design.
• Leads application design reviews and walkthroughs to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solution.
• Troubleshoots complex design issues and provides innovative solutions.
• Prepares technical design documents and blueprints for applications.

Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).

• Supports the project leader in developing and executing system test plans.
• Evaluates system documentation and user manuals for usability, accuracy and completeness.
• Executes test cases, analyzes test results and reports on findings regularly.
• Tests system components for compliance with functional requirements.
• Participates in the testing of a system’s ability to recover from hardware or software failures.
