Job summary

RCK Analytics invites a creative graphic designer to convert data and research into clear, compelling client presentations. You will build templates and design investor decks, equity and industry reports, and corporate pitch books.

Collaborate with analysts and senior management to transform complex financial information into engaging visuals, develop infographics and data visualizations, and tailor outputs to client needs. Ensure high quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Graduation/diploma in graphic design with a remarkable portfolio.
• Ability to comprehend instruction, visualize, and convert content into a meaningful visual presentation.
• Out of box thinking and adaptability to new design technologies.
• Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Has creative flair, eye for detail, adaptability, and versatility.
• Attend team meetings/client calls and share ideas as well as their significance

Responsibilities

• Create professional presentations for clients by collecting data and research and presenting the findings in graphics that can be easily understood.
• End-to-End building templates and designing of Investor Handbooks, Launch Monitors, Equity Research Reports, Industry Reports, Factsheets, Pitch books, Corporate Presentations, Factsheets, Pitch books, etc.
• Design and enhance corporate presentations (PPTs) for client pitches, investor decks, financial reports, and internal meetings
• Work closely with analysts and senior management to transform complex financial data into engaging visual content.
• Develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations to support financial research and reports.
• Customized client requirements and ability to make suggestions for elevated offerings.
• Enhance the overall look and feel of standard documents.
• Ability to visualize and produce a meaningful design by interpreting the content or a piece of write-up.
• Responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality in deliverables.
• Create short animations, sales and marketing collaterals and videos for campaigns.
• Adopting different creative styles, applying innovative approaches, and upskilling with the current digital trends.
• Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.
• Work on company branding to enhance its presence
