Responsibilities

• Create and own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with business goals and growth priorities
• Develop detailed execution plans for various departments, ensuring clarity of objectives, timelines, and ownership
• Build real-time visibility tools and dashboards for the management team to track performance against the plan
• Conduct monthly operating plan reviews to assess execution progress, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and on-ground execution
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making and course correction

A Business Planning Manager who will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company's operating rhythm. This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into executable plans, ensure alignment across departments, and provide real-time visibility into performance and progress. We are actively looking for high-calibre candidates and will prioritise resources from CA/Finance /Strategy experience for this role, given the strategic importance and analytical depth required.

Key Responsibilities:
