Job Description: Insurer Business Partnership Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic partnerships with insurers to maximize business volumes, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations on commission structures, pricing, product offerings, and exclusive partnership deals.
  • Analyze insurer performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement plans.
  • Facilitate product development and integration discussions between Paytm and insurers, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, technology, sales, and marketing) to ensure successful execution of insurer strategies.
  • Regularly review partnership agreements and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal governance.
  • Generate and present reports on partnership outcomes, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor/MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
