DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Intake, Ideation and Planning
- Should have the smartness and presence of mind to provide on-the-spot solutions to business owners' objections and concerns, as well as the ability to pivot from a prepped position based on the conversation.
- Establish relationships with new and niche clients to expand our reach.
- Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for our clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to understand how we can help them grow, while also knowing which product offers and pricing best fit their model.
- Generate new business leads and build relationships.
- Engage in significant interaction with clients, both face-to-face, online, and over the telephone.
- Identify business opportunities through research of specific industry or market.
- Understand customers' business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Provide support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
- Ensure high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of brand specifications.
- Meet sales targets set by management and contribute to team targets.
- Work responsibly and flexibly.
- Maintain all sales activities & dashboards.
- Client Servicing
- Revert to clients on briefs/proposals in a timely manner.
- Conduct post-evaluation for all campaigns.
- Handle objections effectively.
- Suggest trade marketing activities to enhance revenue optimization.
- Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies.
- Coordinate with other departments, including programming and marketing teams.
- Ensure sales entitlements align with programming guidelines.
- Seek assistance from marketing and content planning teams for key client pitches.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA or Post Graduate qualification; minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, creative.
- Result-oriented with the capacity to operate in a competitive growth environment.
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Comfortable with change.
