Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Intake, Ideation and Planning
  2. Should have the smartness and presence of mind to provide on-the-spot solutions to business owners' objections and concerns, as well as the ability to pivot from a prepped position based on the conversation.
  3. Establish relationships with new and niche clients to expand our reach.
  4. Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for our clients.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to understand how we can help them grow, while also knowing which product offers and pricing best fit their model.
  6. Generate new business leads and build relationships.
  7. Engage in significant interaction with clients, both face-to-face, online, and over the telephone.
  8. Identify business opportunities through research of specific industry or market.
  9. Understand customers' business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those needs.
  10. Provide support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
  11. Ensure high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of brand specifications.
  12. Meet sales targets set by management and contribute to team targets.
  13. Work responsibly and flexibly.
  14. Maintain all sales activities & dashboards.
  15. Client Servicing
  16. Revert to clients on briefs/proposals in a timely manner.
  17. Conduct post-evaluation for all campaigns.
  18. Handle objections effectively.
  19. Suggest trade marketing activities to enhance revenue optimization.
  20. Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies.
  21. Coordinate with other departments, including programming and marketing teams.
  22. Ensure sales entitlements align with programming guidelines.
  23. Seek assistance from marketing and content planning teams for key client pitches.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  1. MBA or Post Graduate qualification; minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, creative.
  3. Result-oriented with the capacity to operate in a competitive growth environment.
  4. Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
  5. Comfortable with change.
